Контракт с 26-летним валлийцем рассчитан до июня 2021 года. Во вторник хавбек присоединится к новой команде на предсезонном сборе в Орландо.
Сумма трансфера не разглашается, однако британские СМИ считают, что речь идет о 13 миллионах фунтов.
В минувшем сезоне Аллен провел 19 матчей в АПЛ и забил 2 гола.
